Vocational didactics in Switzerland – development of scientific skills

The overall aim of this project is to establish a competence centre for vocational didactics.

The aim of the subproject «Skill acquisition in vocational education and training venues» is to define issues on which the three learning venues – vocational schools, training companies and inter-company courses – can cooperate to promote the acquisition of skills, abilities and attitudes. Moreover, the project aims to demonstrate show how apprentices can use the web tool KOMPRA to acquire or develop the skills they need and how they apply these skills to solve profession-related problems or tasks.
